WMHEA is set-up by the Vice-Chancellors of the regions universities and was created to promote higher education institutions collaboration and partnership in the region delivering expertise and 'know-how' in an increasingly knowledge based regional economy. WMHEA aims to help universities and Higher Education colleges realise their potential regional contribution to the economy and society.
